What makes the difference.
Answers from your data, not from the internet
The assistant reads your price list, your service pages and your policies. When it does not know, it says so and hands over to a person rather than inventing an answer that costs you a customer.
A record of every conversation
You can read what it said to whom. No black box, and anything it got wrong becomes a correction you make once.
An honest running cost
These systems cost money per conversation. We estimate that at the start and build in a cap, so the bill cannot surprise you.

Before you ask.
It can, which is why we build it to answer only from information you have given it, to say "let me get someone" when it does not know, and to log everything. For anything involving money or a medical question we route to a human by default rather than letting it answer.
For a typical business handling a few hundred conversations a month, usually a few thousand rupees. We estimate it during scoping and set a spending cap so it cannot run away.
Often not. A lot of what businesses ask AI for is better done by a plain automation that costs less and never gets it wrong. If that is your case we will say so — we would rather build the smaller thing properly.
